4. Brahmaputra River, Arunachal Pradesh

The Brahmaputra River is mysterious and ferocious. River rafting in this river is done when the river finds its way in Arunachal Pradesh, down the Tibet region by cutting Greater Himalayas. 5. River Barapole, Coorg, Karnataka

Barapole River in Coorg, Karnataka is another popular river rafting destination in India. Located on the Deccan Plateau, the expedition begins at Ponya Coffee Estate and is graded between 2 and 4. Best season for rafting here is monsoon and post-monsoon months of June to September.

Neil Young confirms Glastonbury performance after initial withdrawal
