Here’s how Kriti Kharbanda is preparing for her role in Housefull 4

Kriti Kharbanda, who made her Bollywood debut with Raaz Reboot (2016), the fourth instalment of one of the most successful horror film franchises Raaz (2002), has not had much success in Hindi films. However, things could change positively for her after her big-ticket film Housefull 4 hits the theatres next year.

Kriti is one of the female leads in the fourth instalment of the Housefull (2010) series, which also stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Boman Irani, Sanjay Dutt, Chunky Panday, Kriti Sanon and Pooja Hegde, among others.

The film is about to begin production in mid-July, but Kriti has started preparing for her part well in advance. “The storyline of Housefull 4 is set in two eras as it is based on the theme of reincarnation. I am grateful to Sajid Nadiadwala for this opportunity to play two different characters in one film. I am currently watching a lot of videos online to understand comic timing since shooting for a comedy isn’t easy and the Housefull franchise is all about the laughs.”

Apart from Housefull 4, the actress also plays the lead role in the forthcoming comic-caper, Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. The film stars Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. Kriti is opposite Bobby in the movie. Helmed by Navaniat Singh, the film enters cinemas on 15th August, 2018.

Housefull 4, which is being directed by Sajid Khan, is a Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment production. It releases on Diwali, next year.
