Huma Qureshi might star in Housefull 4

Buzz has it that after finalizing Kriti Sanon, the makers of the upcoming comic-caper, Housefull 4, have now approached actress Huma Qureshi to play one of the female leads in the movie.

According to a source, “Sajid Khan likes to keep things under wraps until an official announcement is made by the production house. But, as far as Huma is concerned, the makers have already had a meeting with her and are keen to cast her."

Housefull 4 is the next instalment of the highly popular Bollywood film series, Housefull. To be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film will be helmed by Sajid Khan who also directed Housefull and Housefull 2.

Apart from Kriti Sanon, Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Bobby Deol are the only actors who have been confirmed by the makers. The rest of the cast is expected to be locked in next few weeks.

Set to mount the shooting floor in a few months, Housefull 4 release on Diwali next year.

Kajol caught in a storm of criticism for saying actors endure more stress than office workers

Highlights:

  • The actress defended her claim that acting demands more than desk jobs in a recent interview.
  • She said office workers can "chill out" during work hours, unlike film stars.
  • Fans and working professionals called her comments privileged and out of touch.
  • The backlash started after her appearance on Amazon Prime's Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle.
  • Critics pointed out the financial gap and support systems actors have compared to regular employees.

Kajol probably didn't expect this reaction when she sat down with Twinkle Khanna on Two Much. But her comments about actors working harder than people with 9-to-5 jobs have blown up, and not in a good way.
