“I’m single till I’m married,” Kiara Advani on her relationship status

By: Mohnish Singh

Actress Kiara Advani believes in keeping her private life private. But we all know how difficult it is for people who belong to the world of glitz and glamour. The actress is rumoured to be dating her Shershaah co-star Sidharth Malhotra. However, in a virtual appearance on Neha Dhupia’s popular chat show No Filter Neha, she said that she was single till she was married.

“So, I really like the status that says, ‘I am single till I am married’. So, I am not married, that is why I am single,” the actress said when asked about her relationship status.

She went on to add, “I am just trying to think how much I have dated before I was famous and compare the two. You know what, it is only that you end up meeting people in your line of work much more than you would meet people otherwise. I mean, if I was dating or getting married to an actor, I do not think the profession would matter so much.”

Advani had earlier said that she was not dating Sidharth Malhotra. “No, I am not dating Sidharth. I am very single,” she had told a publication.

When host Karan Johar had asked the same question from Sidharth Malhotra on his chat show Koffee With Karan, the actor had said, “The amount of rumours I have had in the tabloids, I am having lesser fun in real life. I wish they were true. Kiara is lovely. We are going to work together in the future. But I am single.”

In addition to Dharma Productions’ Shershaah, Kiara Advani has an interesting line-up of upcoming films. He will shortly be seen in horror-comedy Laxmmi Bomb opposite superstar Akshay Kumar. Laxmmi Bomb will be followed by Indoo Ki Jawani, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and Shershaah.
