Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor to reteam

According to reports, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor are set to join forces once again for filmmaker Anurag Basu’s next movie Life In A Metro 2, a sequel to his critically and commercially successful film Life In A Metro (2007).

Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor were last seen together in R Balki’s Ki And Ka (2016), which garnered appreciation from all corners. If the duo comes together again, we can expect another hit at the box-office.

As we know, Life In A Metro was an anthology film featuring a couple of stories set in Mumbai. If reports are to be believed, its sequel will also tell a few stories which may not be interconnected and hence Kareena and Arjun may not be seen together in Life In A Metro 2.

“Kareena Kapoor Khan will reportedly feature in one of the stories and Arjun Kapoor will also be a part of one of the other plots. Their tracks are not connected is what we hear,” reveals a well-placed source.

Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up for Karan Johar’s Good News and Takht. Arjun, on the other hand, has on his plate such movies as Rajkumar Gupta’s India’s Most Wanted, Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat, Vipul Shah’s Namaste England and Dibakar Banerjee’s Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.
