Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan are all praises for Pritam’s music in Love Aaj Kal

Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal has received mixed reviews, but there’s one thing in the film that is being loved by one and all. Well, we are talking about the music of the film which is composed by Pritam.

Even lead actors Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan are all praises for Pritam’s music in the film. Kartik stated, "He is the best in the business and he is someone whose music has always been my personal favourite and the favourite song from the film would be Mehrama. The early Love Aaj Kal was the one which had great music, the whole album was such a huge success and he did it again with this Love Aaj Kal and couldn't have asked for better songs. I think the song from our love story, from our Love Aaj Kal, I think they play an important role in our movie and Pritam Da has done it again."

Sara added, "The lyrics, music, vibe, feeling of the song has the power to take you back down memory lane immediately. I think that's the power of the song. A lot of our songs have been composed after we have shot them. I almost feel like, especially with Mehrama that we shot on the song and that's why it's my favourite song."

Well, this year we will also get to hear Pritam’s composition in movies like Ranveer Singh starrer ’83, Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha and Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra.

Talking about Love Aaj Kal, the film took a bumper opening at the box office by collecting Rs 12.40 crore on day one. However, the movie dropped on day two and collected Rs 8.01 crore, taking the two-day total to Rs 20.41 crore.

INDIA will play their matches in next year’s Champions Trophy on neutral ground, the International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed on Thursday. This decision follows India’s refusal to travel to tournament host Pakistan, citing security concerns and political tensions.

In response, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), which initially rejected a hybrid hosting model, agreed to the use of neutral venues.
