And now, the news is coming in that another popular actor has joined him on the cast of the forthcoming series.

According to reports, Aneri Vijani has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Kunal Jaisingh in the show. Interestingly, the duo also shared the screen space in Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka 2, the second season of Colors’ popular show Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka 2, which streamed on Voot. The audience had loved the two onscreen as Pari and Ruhaan.

Kunal Jaisingh and Aneri Vijani have been signed on to play the lead pair in producer Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming show, titled Pavitra Bhagya. The series will go on air on Colors. It will replace the ongoing show Bepanah Pyarr on the channel, which stars Ishita Dutta and Pearl V Puri in lead roles. According to reports, the team is looking at starting shooting next week.

While Jaisingh, as mentioned above, is best known for his role as Omkara in Ishqbaaaz, Aneri became a household name after playing the second lead, Saanjh, in Sony Entertainment’s hit thriller series Beyhadh. The audience had loved her pairing with Kushal Tandon on the show.

Pavitra Bhagya is set to hit the airwaves on 2nd March 2020. Interestingly, this will be the third show of content czarina Ekta Kapoor which has the word 'Bhagya' in it. Her previous shows with the said word include Kumkum Bhagya and Kundali Bhagya which air on ZEE TV and have gained tremendous popularity over the years.
