Eastern Eye got the big-thinking online star and entrepreneur to give 10 motivational tips.

Be brave: Don’t feel guilty about spending money, even if it’s a large amount. Feel guilty that the amount seems large for now. Use that as motivation to make the same amount feel like peanuts in a year’s time. Rip it apart – your career, not your sense of calm. Work hard, play hard.

Be alert: Forgive bouts of anger, but don’t forget the nature of the human involved. Actions and reactions are the truest test of character. And if you’re growing in life, you need to know whom (and how much of whom) to take along with you. Study people during their moments of distress and become aware.

Look out for others: Life is not a race where you’re competing against others. Life is a stampede with souls that stumble and fall regularly. You must help the weak in the commotion of this stampede. Get stronger and faster not for the sake of winning, but to elevate yourself and to protect others.

Pay it forward: There is no greater joy than helping younger creators/ entrepreneurs along their journey. Only a few people helped me back when I was lost. Most pushed me off! Back then I vowed to help as many as I could, when I’d have learnings to share. That is the huge reason I do what I do and something that will help you.

Turn negatives into positives: Today, I thank the school time bullies that gave me a tough time. If not for them I wouldn’t be able to withstand online trolls, hateful content made in my name and doubters I meet at every stage of my life. See negative moments like bullying as a crucial, growth inducing experience.

Believe you can: Keep believing in the power of your dreams even when most people don’t believe in them. You’re born to do what your heart desires. Don’t get sucked into the darkness of a world that’s forgotten how to listen to their hearts. Your dreams are as big as you can imagine them to be.

Keep evolving: Psychological evolution happens when you unlearn your fears, forgive the ones who did you wrong and let go of past traumas. Learn from the wise, remember your own mistaken patterns of life and give the present your all. Shed off the old you and keep making room for the new.

Get it done: Jugaad is the ability to get stuff done, one way or another, and can be your greatest weapon in your early career. You will grow fast because of a good jugaad. But you must ensure that as time passes, its place as your main weapon must be taken up by strategy, teamwork and experience.

Focus: Stay focussed on the game, not the crowd and definitely not the applause, which can be the greatest distraction in your journey, if you have huge potential. They may clap for you and your name may be up in the sky, but you have got to focus on the (long-term) game. The game isn’t over yet.

Surround yourself with the right kind of people: Last, but not least, work hard enough to attract the right talent to come and join your organisation. Lead well enough and you will be able to turn your organisation into a well-oiled machine. Bond well enough and you will be able to create the empire you dream of. Culture and vibe to rules and strategy.

Eurovision in turmoil as Spain Ireland and Netherlands threaten withdrawal over Gaza conflict

Highlights:

  • Spain leads a growing boycott movement, with Ireland, the Netherlands and Slovenia also refusing to participate if Israel competes.
  • The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) is in crisis talks, extending its decision deadline to December 2025.
  • The situation draws direct comparisons to Russia’s exclusion in 2022, creating a precedent the EBU must now navigate.
  • The core dilemma pits Eurovision’s non-political ideals against the stark reality of a humanitarian crisis.

The Eurovision Song Contest, that glitter-drenched annual spectacle of pop and unity, is staring into the abyss. The escalating call for a Eurovision boycott over Israel's participation, against the backdrop of the ongoing Gaza conflict, has put the organisers into their most severe political crisis yet. This isn't just about another song entry but a fundamental clash between the contest's cherished apolitical fantasy and the inescapable geopolitics of the real world, threatening to tear the competition apart from within.
