Nushrat Bharucha responds to rumours of fallout with Kartik Aaryan

Nushrat Bharucha and Kartik Aaryan have done four films together, and the audience has always loved their chemistry with each other. The duo was last seen together in Luv Ranjan’s Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), which turned out to be a huge money-spinner at the cash counter.

After Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, both actors moved on to other projects and were not seen together more often, which led to speculations that the two were no longer on talking terms. However, Nushrat Bharucha has rubbished all rumours and said that there is no issue between her and Kartik Aaryan. “Nothing of the sort happened,” she told a publication.

The actress went on to add, “But I don’t blame people as we did too many films together early on in our careers. When you are working with someone for that long, you end up hanging out with them extensively, for readings and rehearsals. When you move on to another project, you are spotted with different people. It’s not like our equation has changed. I am sure we will work together again.”

Bharucha is presently busy promoting her forthcoming film Dream Girl with National Award-winning actor Ayushmann Khurrana. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, the much-awaited rom-com is slated to enter theatres on 20th September, 2019.

The actress is also playing the female lead in Ajay Devgn Ffilms’ Turram Khan opposite Rajkummar Rao. The film is being directed by Hansal Mehta. She is currently shooting for T-Series Films’ Hurdang. The film also stars Sunny Kaushal, Vijay Varma and Viraj Kapoor in important roles. Buzz also has it that Salman Khan has finalized her for his next production venture Bulbul Marriage Hall.
