The White Tiger, the winner of the 40th Man Booker Prize in 2008, is the second Netflix adaptation of a novel by Aravind Adiga. The streaming media giant had previously adapted his yet another popular novel Selection Day as well.

Talking about being a part of The White Tiger, Priyanka Chopra had earlier said, “I am so excited to work with Ramin Bahrani and Netflix to bring Aravind Adiga’s poignant story to cinematic life.
