SRK, Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan and other celebs to come together for a concert

From the day lockdown has been announced, Bollywood celebs are doing their best to keep their fans entertained and motivated during this difficult time. A couple of weeks ago, a song titled Muskurage India was released which features Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra, Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, and many other Bollywood celebs.

A few days ago, Salman Khan released his single titled Pyaar Karona, and then later Ajay Devgn came up with a single titled Thahar Ja. Now, according to a report in a tabloid, Karan Johar and Zoya Akhtar have decided to have a concert named I for India to raise funds for Give India Foundation, support those who are displaced because of the coronavirus outbreak, and pay tribute to the frontline warriors.


Many Bollywood actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma, will be part of the musical fundraiser.

A source told the tabloid, “Karan and Zoya have been coordinating with the actors for a few weeks and have got almost all of Bollywood under this project. The actors were asked to share individual acts not exceeding four minutes.” The two-hour concert will have celebs dancing, singing, giving speeches, and doing stand-up comedy.

Not just actors, but even music composers and singers like Arijit Singh, Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Ravjianii, Pritam, Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, and Shankar Ehsaan Loy, will be a part of the concert.

The celebs will be shooting their videos at their respective houses. The source revealed, “Karan and Zoya are putting them all together to make for a memorable evening. The concert will be aired on Facebook over the coming weekend and will raise funds from across the globe through the Facebook Donate button.”

Even international celebs like Will Smith, Jonas Brother, and Bryan Adams will perform at the concert.
